Airtel — Airtel DTH TV - Change in Registered Mobile No

My Digital TV ID [protected] is registered with mobile no [protected]. Now I want to change my RTN. I have tried atleast 50 times in last 4 days and struggling to get this changed. On my one of tries I managed to change my registered mobile to [protected] which was acknowledged by the website informing that my new no will be updated in 24 hours which has not happened yet. I do not know whether this is 24 hours or 24 days. As per your fancies you change the scheme, all my subscribed channel went offline. Due to lock down I am struggling to get connected and have my new no updated so that once again I can subscribe the required channel required by my family members. Your IVR is useless for people like me nor I can find any other options to contact you. I do not know whether this complaint also will be attended. I have scanned QR Code and send SMS from my new number atleast 20 times but all in vein. Will somebody bother to call me or respond to me
