Hi, I have got some 20-30 SMS's from Airtel for different customer-id's not pertaining to my account no. This is ridiculous. How can you bombard customer with unrelated messages? When I called the customer care, the guy who spoke to me said its just a technical issue and it will happen and we are sorry. There is no resolution for this. When I asked him if that is the case then i want to disconnect my services permanently, then he replied saying, No No sir, i can raise a complaint and it will never happen again. How in a world which is so advanced, such a silly mistake can happen where in you just bombard a customer with totally unrelated SMS's with the reason of technical error?? Owing to such a bad response, i have decided to go to consumer court and file a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
