Need your help as i have raised my recharge query on last monday date 5.06.2017 but still no solution given by airtel, airtel executive has given me wrong information, sunday on 4th june 17 i have discussed with customer care executive about recharge i have asked him one question if i'll do recharge for 1year then what benefit will you provide to me then that girl said don't do recharge of 1 year do recharge of 10 months & you will get 2.5 month free service & there won't be any changes in your current channels including hd, rather you will get 32 hd channels. I have immediately done recharge of rs 4360 for 10 month as i am doing recharge of 460 per month it got activated yesterday but when i checked yesterday night i saw few channels were not there, star movies hd, star movies select hd, mn+ hd, z studio hd. I called twice since yesterday night but not getting any revert just executives are saying we wll call you but no response.
