Airtel — airtel failing to meet their promise | |||||
Hi, My name is devi, i have recharged with 399 on[protected] to my number - [protected], my airtel app is showing that plan validity is 84 days, but i got a msg stating that it is only valid for 28days and i got only 1.3 gb data. Aand data streaming is very inconsistent. Sometimes i get 4g service, but most of the time it switches back to 3g while iam at the same plce. Am having this issue soon after i've recharged. And the worst part about this is am unable to connect to your agent, yet more frustrating it is flying all around ivr. Please resolve all the above issue or refund my money and i will port my number to any other number which provides better service. Thankyou, Your's frustrated and sincere customer.
