[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel fails to activate an mnp for 2 numbers | |||
Airtel cant assist. did mnp to airtel. ported today, verification call done at 8:15 am. was told it will be active in 30 min. escalated to 2 flr supvrs & flr mgr. its 8 hrs and its not active yet. Two of my number are stuck to be active. this is a pathetic experience when they have 4 hours sla to resolve any incident and its been 8+ hours that i do not have anyway to stay connected. I cant believe these people cant implement a solution as i was told they know the solution. People i have escalated to floor supervisor yamuna/naeem khan Floor manager - keerthi prasad And till now this is not resolved!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
