Airtel — Airtel Family Plans are not actually for "family members"" | |||
Friends, if you are looking to change your mobile plans to the Airtel Family plans be prepared for a horrible experience. This is actually not a family plan, every member connection in the plan needs to be in the same name as that of the primary connection so all family members need get the ownership changed which in itself is a big process worse than getting a new connection. Also none of the executives have full knowledge about the process. Airtel you are bluffing the people by mentioning the word 'FAMILY'. Was this information helpful? | |||
