Good day,
I am writing this mail regarding the issue i am facing with airtel fiber connection
My connection is down since 19 th april and still there is no progress in my case i am calling coustmer care again and again they we will revert with 24 hrs
But all efforts goes in Vain
I want Either restore my connection or refund my money
I have paid for the services which i am not getting
I feel trapped by making advance payment
I have also raied a complaint on DOT on 19th May but no response
now its more than 45 days
I think airtel is not taking this seriously because its a prepaid connection
Take action ASAP
