I have paid Rs.4, 000 on 26th April, 2023 towards a subscription of Airtel Broadband and DTH which is worth Rs.999 per month. However, all the internet and DTH services stopped starting 20th June, 2023 and I have made numerous complaints online and also through mobile calls to your customer care service and I had hours of conversations with them where they could neither resolve the issue nor cancel my subscription and provide me a refund.
As they could not provide any service for 15 days in a row, finally they accepted to cancel my subscription and I was promised by the floor manager (Mohammad Nawaz) that I'm going to receive a refund of around Rs.1, 800 on 6th July, 2023 as there was no service provided to me since 20th June, 2023 and there will not be any charges from that date.
But then, I was credited with an amount of Rs.796.04 which is nowhere making sense to what I should actually get.
I have tried to reach out to the customer care multiple times but I'm not even able to speak with anyone. The retention team keeps spamming me to renew the subscription, but no one is really concerned about my issue where the services were disconnected but the refund is not provided fully.
I have sent many emails to their official email ([protected]@airtel.com), called their customer care numbers, escalated it in Twitter ("X") where they asked me to send private messages, but even after sending private messages, they just called a couple of times and promised to provide a resolution, but they never provided the refund. Now, they are not even responding to my private messages or public posts.
I have all the call recordings of the conversations I had with their Customer service agents, Floor leaders, Retention team, billing team, social media escalation team. But no one is helping to resolve my issue.

Just look at the number of Private messages I have sent them and how they are ignoring me. Also, it's been almost 70 days since the issue initially started and 50 days since they cancelled the subscription and promised to provide refund. But they are torturing me and mentally harassing by not providing my refund. I can provide all the call recordings also that I had with their team which are full of fake promises to resolve the issue.
I request to get this issue resolved at the earliest and get my refund and Airtel need to pay the price for delaying and ignoring my issue by stealing my money and also harassing me like this.
