I disconnected my Airtel fibre-bearing landline no [protected] and ID[protected]_dsl on 06 January 2024 and the excess amount that is to be refunded to me is Rs. 5941.16.
After several attempts to get my refund back, the respective service provider is giving me false promise by mail and also on social media (X). Also, I have shared with them all the respective documents for the processing of my refund amount but needless to say, they are not even giving me a proper date on which I will get my money back and again and again extending it by 72 hrs as per the attached documents.
