Airtel — airtel fixed line not providing the service we have paid for. | |||
Hi Team, I am sridhar from Pragathi Nagar, and recently took a airtel broadband connection. I have took a prepaid plan for six months with 2702 INR and paid the same. As per the plan i have to get 16 mbps speed, but they have enabled 8 mbps (2100 INR). I have called the customer care/sales/installation team about 10- 20 times. Every time they were telling we have raised request and due to the technical constraints from airtel they were not able to update the plan. While taking to customer care, if i have asked the execute to forward the call to their manager they were keeping in very long hold and simply telling the lines are busy. I don't understand why airtel is not providing the right service for the payments made by customer. Regards, Sridhar Was this information helpful? | |||
