[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel fooling people | |||||
I recharged my number for 198 rs and i recieved the confirmation stating that the recharge is done successfully but since than my internet service is not working. When i called customer service they are telling me that they will send the setting, keep the mobile off for 30 mins n all which was of no use becaus it was working fine with the same setting before. Above all when called customer service they talk so rudely and don't even give a proper resolution and disconnect the call stating that its your mobile fault.. Hahahah.
