Airtel — Airtel forcing Plan | |||
Dear Sir, I'ed like to bring it your notice that some unwanted Value Added Service (VAS) plan as be added to my plan without any confirmation from my side and which has never ever been subscribed by me. Airtel customer service executive insist that I might have subscribed it by Internet, but I have never used Internet on phone neither I am using a smart phone. Requesting you kindly take the necessary action and make sure that I should not be billed for that. Also airtel hardly cares for DND. You somehow keep receiving massages. Thank you very much.
