Worst company Airtel
I had paid 3 months rent in advance and they didn't install the connection saying that they have connectivity issue.
lol in this digitization they have connectivity issue in city like Gurgaon, Any way but harrasment starts when they are not refunding my money back.
Now it's two months but they are processing and only processing. Once I get a call saying that due to technical issue they are not able to refund and now it will take another 15 days. :(
Worst customer support illiterate people. Even once I got call saying that your details are not present in our system...OMG then how this conversation was going on from past one and half month.
They only extend the refund date but will not refund the money. They are looting and churning the interest onmoney of innocent people.
Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
