[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel fraud of broadband connection

I had paid 3 months rent in advance and they didn't install the connection saying that they have connectivity issue.
lol in this digitization they have connectivity issue in city like Gurgaon, Any way but harrasment starts when they are not refunding my money back.
Now it's two months but they are processing and only processing. Once I get a call saying that due to technical issue they are not able to refund and now it will take another 15 days. :(
Worst customer support illiterate people. Even once I got call saying that your details are not present in our system...OMG then how this conversation was going on from past one and half month.
They only extend the refund date but will not refund the money. They are looting and churning the interest onmoney of innocent people.

Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

Dear Airtel,

The above issue still not resolved and you people had not returned my money. You ##### have not sense how to run a business thats why you are loosing the consumers and they are moving to JIO and BSNL.
Let JIO broadband come they will make you band...hahaha
Give return my money back with interest.
Guys do never pay in advance to Airtel they will never return the money, .
