Airtel — Airtel fudged bill

He/She repeatedly assured me that the plan was the very same. However, in my bill the rates that I've been charged are: Outgoing inr 180 per min instead of 30 inr Incoming inr 90 per min instead of inr 15 SMS inr 25 instead of 15 Please refund my money asap. There is ample proof to take Airtel to court. I will also be heading towards social media and Akosha very soon. I will also contact TRAI about this. Airtel reps will be taught a lesson for cheating innocent customers. Thank You God Bless Aakshey
