Welcome Aakshey Talwar Account Number: [protected] Select Bill Period: [protected] to[protected] Account Number: [protected] Mobile Number: [protected] Save Mail Print [protected] 24/07/15 1575.49 7475.49 16362.32 10462.32 I had taken a plan of INR 999 for 30 days that entitled me to the following rates: Outgoing inr 30 per min Incoming inr 15 per min SMS inr 15 I confirmed with the Airtel agent several times on call. He/She repeatedly assured me that the plan was the very same. However, in my bill the rates that I've been charged are: Outgoing inr 180 per min instead of 30 inr Incoming inr 90 per min instead of inr 15 SMS inr 25 instead of 15 Please refund my money asap. There is ample proof to take Airtel to court. I will also be heading towards social media and Akosha very soon. I will also contact TRAI about this.
