My mobile no. [protected], I have recharged my phone rupees 299/ - 3G Internet pack 1.25 GB Data on[protected], through airtel website under this transaction ID 481835. But it could not happen successful due to some technical error in airtel website.
According to aitel customer care they will give my money refund in 10 working days i. e.[protected].. But till yet I have not got my money on my credit card account.
Regarding the same I have written many emails to their cutomer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority and called airtel 121 customer care, nodal officer and appelatte authority many times and detailed the problem every time but they have not given me positive answers and responses.
Till now I have not got my money. If airtel provide this type of service to every customer which I am facing it is not good or acceptable.
I realized that Airtel has no intentions of refunding my money back.
I, as a customer is extremely disappointed that such a reputed company like Airtel is not as prompt in refunding the money and provide this type of service to their customers. Was this information helpful? |
