[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel hd recorder box | |||||
The HD Recorder box simply hangs; the only way to get it back up is unplugging it from socket multiple times - but soon it hangs again. Since installing the service, I have raised at least 25 requests - every time it is fixed it hangs once again. The box has been changed twice, but result is the same. I have a HD+ connection also in the same premises; did not have any problem at all on that. The HD Recorder box itself is faulty; Airtel should call it back.
