[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel high bill | |||||
This is the complaint regarding my airtel bill which is charged unnecessary high amount, before i was in plan of 999 where i had unlimted calls and free data, even though my bill used to come 1100, after that execeutives called that my usage and informed to use the pack of 699 where 200 rs will be given disocunt for 6 months and monthly bill would be 499 plus taxes and with free data and 900 minutes plus 400 minutes horly free, even though i used less hours but my bill has come upto 1127, were previously even wen i had plan of 999 also i dint charged so much, nw being in same benfits with less charge my is bill about 1127.. Airtel peoples charge simply higher and cheat the customer, this month i won pay my charges, action should b taken on this Was this information helpful? | |||||
