[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Home Wifi | |||||
I got this Airtle Home Wifi connection with device by paying Advance rental of 3 months, under which Home Device is Free and 30GB data every month for 3 months. I used it only for 24 Hours for working on my Online Software and I got a message warning about My 50 percent data is used. When I work from office I never found consuming 15 GB data within 24 hours. This is absolutly looting of people by trapping them in technical aspects. The gallery owner is not helping, neither connecting my phone. No after sale service. I wanted to discoonect for whatever Best refundable amount but Airtel Gallery Staff denied and asked to use for 3 month. Its hard to digest of consuming 15GB data just in 24 hours, just working on online software. My Airtel No. is [protected]. Highly disasppointed with such Fraud Service.
