Airtel — airtel incorrect postpaid bill | |||
Dear sir, on seeing the marketing campaigns and after calling me repeatedly i switched to airtel postpaid 4 months back However it has been a harrowing experience for me using their services due to the following scenarios 1. Call drop in every call i make and the receiver not being able to hear a word due to bad connection 2. Their mobile tower in my area caught fire and we did not have access to any network for 7 days. Being a working girl it was traumatic as my work suffered and family memebers couldnt contact me. On lodging a complaint we were assured the signals would be back soon but it took them 7 days to the the tower working 3. Since this accident the signal and network has gone from bad to worse and many times throughout the day we have no service on our phones. Even when the phone shows 4g we hardly get even 2g internet speed 4. However, the latest trick played by them is adding 2 boosters of rs. 1, 000 in my postpaid bill that i didn’t activate. I already had changed the plan from 649 to 1119 and still have 134 gb carry forward data. They have added 2 boosters of rs. 1, 000 worth 8 gb data. Why will i buy 8gb data for rs. 1, 000 when i already have 130 gb data in my phone. Sir, i am a professional and my hard earned money is very precious to me. On speaking to their executive they only sai they will reverse 500 rs. On my phone and i will have to pay the remainder rs 500 for a service that i didn’t even ask for Kindly address the matter at the earliest and help me out.
