Airtel — Airtel Increases Credit Limit without customer permission ,Because of thhis I got bill of Rs4300 | |||
The credit limit will get increased automatically without customer permission in Aitel. I have requested many times Airtel customer care to reduce the credit limit .But intentionally they did not do it. Since my credit limit was more than 4000, I got a bill of 4300 for the month of July 2015. This is purely mistake of Airtel. They are asking me to pay Rs4300 for their mistakes.
