[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel indoor network issue | |||
I have recently switched to airtel as was been told by airtel team that it is one of the nest network in country and the 4g quality is just superb, you will never face an issue with network and one more reason is that your apartment is centrally located in heart of nasik city surrounded by 23 towers, all this sounded really exiting in the beginning Bit the 4g in my bedroom itself is worst compared to whole of my aparment, my building is road front complete open atmosphere still i face network issue, i have reported this problem to customer care centre couple of time below are some reference number which i received every time after raising my complaint and i was been told technician will visit the site and solve the issue for you but it has been month no one jas showed up, Your ref. No. Is cgpsc[protected] Airtel really spends lot of money on advertising about open network if they would have spent some to increase the network strenght would have been much better. Have not even received signal call from Airtel
I raised issue with BSNL they contacted me the very next day and issue has been addressed in proper direction - don't tell me you are unable to reach [protected] this number is on 24/7
