[Resolved] Airtel — airtel insecure plan | |||
Hi, This is littledon. This is about my most terrible and worst service i got from airtel. I subscribed for airtel secure plan and paid for that worst service from my pocket. Ten days before i raised a claim under that stupid plan, and after a rigorous follow up i sent my phone to them. Its just a minor damage and i never mishandled my phone. It was in a perfect working condition. After 15 days they simply rejecting my claim and telling that slipping your phone down is your carelessness. Even a mad will not willingly slip his phone and waiting for your claim. What do you think of customers, you think they are fools. You start your secure plan because of your competitors and simply loosing your customers. Quiting airtel... Hats off to the worst ever service provided in my life time.
