[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel international roaming

After activating international roaming plan. I have been charged for 15000 Rs.

On calling Airtel customer care service several times and writing several mails to customer service, Airtel presence and also to apellete authority they are giving false data.

I cannot pay the bill for fake data
I do have all the proof for the calls I have made and data I have used.

Hi,

I am getting continuous call and mail from Airtel asking only to pay the bill.

They are least bothered about the incorrect bill.

Sorry i cannot pay for the incorrect bill.

Need your urgent attention to resolve this. This is like mental torture for me for Airtel for forcing me to pay the bill.

Even before 5 mins i received a call mentioning i have charged 8000rs for the data used at UAe on 14 the. Earlier they were complaining abt data used on 25th.

After mentioning my mobile was switched off on 25th now they are talking about 14th

Hi,

Beyond from this indiscrepancy on Airtel bill.

We have clearly raised request on 13th to activate international roaming plan . Customer care service they confirmed IR plan will be automatically. Activated as soon i reach US mobile network.

I called them to check why Airtel has not activated my IR plan as per the communication.

Apellette authority from Airtel named leela called me and literally shouting on me and bill is correct and as per my request on 13th they have activated the IR plan on 15 the during IST timings.

I landed on 14th PST or 15th IST. Then it should have got activated immediately . Then i shouldn't have charged for data.

If i am wrong why Airtel is not giving the recorded voice data. And as per Airtel communication why IR plan is not activated immediately after i have landed.

Need proper solution from Airtel
