[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Internet connection not working | |||||
Respected Sir, My Name is M Avinash Singh S/o M Arjun Singh R/o Hyderabad, Telengana Mobile No: [protected]. I have Recharged with RC109 with Aitel Network on 11th Aug with Transaction id#: 59483378. It was an daily offer on my mobile containing 1GB 2G Data on my number. The Recharge was successful but i'm unable to use the data (Internet) from Day 1. When i contact Airtel Customer care, They gave me many reasons like settings in your phone is not proper and they send me settings instructions and i followed it and found out everything was in place. Than again when i contacted them via mail at [protected]@aitel.com. They said signal in the your area is excellent quality may be your indoor signal is poor. Than i published my complaint on Social media (Facebook) and they told me use another handset may be your current handset is having problem that's why you may be unable to use your data balance. Thus, They have lot of excuses like this but no solution to my problem. I think they are playing with customers money and time. They don't value customer money and time and they don't address customers complaint seriously and act upon. I request you to please take necessary action on them, As they have troubled me alot from last 15 days without proper answer to my query and not addressing the issue seriously.
