[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Internet Recharge not workibg in International roaming | |||
Recharge of Rs. 1379 was done by me on 02 October 2014 Txn ID 500474, international data roaming pack, but the same was not working in Dubai. When the customer care in India was contacted they claimed that no such recharge was done and there is no such data pack available in Airtel. When i lodged a written complaint on Airtel's site, they dint even contact me and status of the complaint is being shown as closed. I want the reimbursement of Rs.1379 of the data pack which dint work in roaming. Airtel service is pathetic, they claim something ion their website and dont provide the said services.
