[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel internet services | |||||
I bought a 6month internet plan in july and made an advance payment of 5, 970/-. The plan was supposed to provide me 10gb in 4g speed + unlimited in 2g speed. However, in my first month o[censored]sage, after the 10gb data got over, my internet stopped working. On speaking to the customer care i was informed that i had been giving wrong information. I was advised to buy prepaid top up plans for more data which i didn't. After a month, air tel started generating bills and calling me thrice every day along with numerous mails and messages. They also cut off the internet supply for me inspite of the 5, 970 that i paid for access to internet till december. I have not been able to use the internet that i paid for and instead i'm being charged for more. I have the records in the mail and messages of the conversations i have had with the airtel through their official mail id. Was this information helpful? | |||||
