Airtel — Airtel is cheating people. | |||||
My name is Dinesh kumar and my contact no - [protected]. I've very bad experience with airtel and their bill amount. I went to Dubai last month. I called customer care department and asked about tariff plan for ISD roaming. I didn't get proper information about ISD plan and what will be the call charges in ISD roaming. When I saw my bill amount is increasing like hell. I got notification messages like you were charged 6000/- 7000/-. They send this notification messages after 2 days. When I came back to india bill amount reached around 8000/-. I called customer care department and told about this what bases you charged this much. They told you were charge 180 per minute for outgoing call and 90 per minute for incoming. I told you should have told this information when I called. They have taken feedback but not action. Second I saw my credit limit was 3600 every month. How these airtel guys are letting me allow to make calls more than 3600/. I should have got alert you are crossing your credit limit and we are going to deactivate your outgoing calls but that didn't happen. One side they have given me credit limit for a month. Second side they allow me to call more than 3600-/. How is this possible. I called and asked about this matter many times but they didn't give me the detail about this. They are telling they charge based on pluses. If they are charging based on pluses they why would they have given credit limit for my number. Anyway they will charge according to how much we do use but there should be a limit. When I asked about this they are saying sorry but not taking action. Because of their mistake I'm suffering. I called many times but they don't have proper answers to give the explanation about credit limit for my number. I asked If I make 50000/- rs of call from this number you people will allow me to make then what is the use of this credit limit. II'm very confused with their answers and mail. They are not taking it serious and not have proper answer. Please take action against this otherwise I need to suffer because of their mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
