[Resolved] Airtel — airtel is unable to relocate the connection and not providing refund | |||||
Hello team, I raised a relocation request of my airtel fixed/broadband connection on date oct 13, 2018 from pune to zirakpur. The service request number is[protected]. Two days ago, i got a call that the new address is not feasible for airtel connection. So, i raised a disconnection + refund request. The representative on the call took the disconnection request but he was unsure about the refund. From yesterday, i called airtel customer care multiple times, but still don't have any clear answer. Due to incapability of airtel of not providing the connection, why should i pay for the services which i am not using. Now, i want to transfer this connection to my friend's name to a new address. I gave them the friend's address but didn't hear from them. I gave them 3 options: 1. Relocation of my connection to my new location - this is not possible due to incapability of airtel. 2. Disconnect the connection and provide the refund of remaining period. 3. Transfer the ownership and address to my friend's name and address. I am writing this complain about the money or rs 20 that got deducted at 6: 39 am from my main account balance from my phone for bhaktiSagarPotrait which I don’t what it is for and I have not asked or opted for it.
