I have recently switched my airtel simcard from postpaid to prepaid. The old sim card becomes in active, since 5 days over. So i inserted new card but it is not working. Looks like inactive card. Because of this, i am not able to proceed with any banking activities.
#1. I tried to contact customer care center goregaon east but they refused by saying the care center gave you incorrect simcard.
#2. Called customer care number but they simply tossed my call from one team to another.
#3. I asked senior resource to kindly escalate this issue but he didn't. (Name jagdish something). Was this information helpful? |
