[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel loots customers money | |||||
I was not using my Airtel sim for more than 2 months. I found my sim is active, then checked for the offers I had and I made a data recharge in airtel's website on 27 Mar 2017. I was using the mobile data pack the whole day. The next day my sim was cancelled stating it was inactive for about 90 days. Also I was informed that the recharge benefits will not be give even if i reactivate. If that is the case(cancelling the SIM due to inactivity), why Airtel allow customers to recharge and loot customers money and the very next day they cancel the SIM. I also lodged a complaint in airtel website and till now the case is Open. This kind of cheap fraudulent behaviour is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
