Airtel — airtel - m not able to make an outgoing call incoming is working net is working range is full

A few time back i have done recharge of rs. 345 at sudden when m making an outgoing call. My call is not going through it is disconnecting and internet is working even if i will talk about the single it is also full so kindly resolve the problem otherwise i will through the sim😡
