Airtel — Airtel makes many calls but never fixes the complaints

Hi, I've already have 2 complaints and waiting for the solution (please refer my early complaint on airtel). As till today Airtel almost called me 28 times for 1 single complaint. They call me every day asking for the problem and give me new complaint numbers everyday for just 1 complaint. In fact they keep calling everyday but don't fix the problem ever. I'm sure these people do involve in SPAMMING. Although, I did not get any solution for the problem which I had before 46 days. And the complaint is "Airtel did not provided the broadband connection even after everything is submitted with money." Today is 47th day that I am awaiting for the broadband connection which I already paid. Reference ID for Proof: KKPB236650 By the way the airtel person gave me Postpaid forum instead broadband forum.
