Airtel — Airtel MESH Device / POD not provided in time

Placed a request and made deposit of 1k for first MESH device on 11th April, this was resolved on 17-May, after multiple follow ups and harassment from airtel customer care, their local site, nodal officer etc.

on 18th May i called customer care and asked them to place a request for one more (additional) MESH POD. Issue was with Airtel thanks App not allowing to add a device. multiple complaints, calling customer care, visiting local site office and talking to service engineer, still no resolution.
