I have made the MNP request a couple of times till date. You can have a look into your data. I am extremely disappointed with the response I got over it. I received a call just once asking what I actually wanted and after which there was no call from your end to offer me the plan or any other thing. Is this the way you are going to deal with customers planning to shift to Airtel, then I'm really sorry, you wouldn't really be left with much then.
As soon as I made the MNP request from Vodafone, I received hundreds of calls from their end to retain the customer. Whereas Airtel doesn't really have the time to deal in with new customers.
I was about to put my MNP request on your side for the fourth time in a month but this time I really wanted to write to you first mentioning the low level of services provided by you.
Inspite of how much problem I am facing with Vodafone, as a brand it wants to retain customers and they make efforts for the same too. I really wouldn't want to shift to Airtel any longer and seriously advise other people not to opt for Airtel.
Extreme disappointment. I have a broadband connection, Airtel digital tv and a landline of Airtel installed at my place. And two sim connections too. I would really think before continuing with Airtel now. Was this information helpful? |
