Airtel — airtel mobile data not working

I am using airtel sim last many years, but data is not working since last 10days even thought my balance data is 140gb with i can see in airtel application. Regularly i am complainting about issue, but still their is no response from airtel, just getting reply that it will be resolved, but today when i called they say it's resolved without any action taken byhow can they close
Complaint. Worst service.
