Airtel — airtel mobistore activated and 70 rupees deducted without my subscription

I got a message in the early morning at 4.59 am from aa-airsep:

[ mobistore service has been activated @ rs 70.0 for 7 day (S). Txn id sxxxxxxxxxx, service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://mobistore.mobi (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789 ]

I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook the issue and refund my money rs 70.0 back to my account
