I got a message in the morning at 11.58 am from aa-airsep: [ mobistore service has been activated @ rs 50.0 for 5 day (S). Txn id S[protected], 21may18 11:57. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://mobistore.mobi (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789 ] I did not activate any kind of service nor i did subscribe to any service. Please overlook the issue and refund my money back to my account Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 24, 2018 Updated by kamaljio Worst customer care... customer are being taken for granted. Instead of resolving the issue they just puts the call on IVR
