Airtel — airtel money load cash issue

I loaded bulk amount in airtel money and lost because some tech issue,
I tried to get it back last one week,
Airtel money pointing airtel mobile team,
Airtel mobile pointing airtel money team,

In-between chandrika service specialist (I don't know whos that, it may be some third party) giving high level technical explanation like airtel money is not responsible for there (Airtel money) mistakes...

Last one week i fight with bellow teams

Finally they are directly forcing me use that money as a talk time on same mobile number for some years...,
They replied like this and they r updating customer issue responded.
