[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel money stole my money | |||
I uploaded money to my airtel money account (Mobile No. [protected]). It is a 4G router number & not a mobile number. So to make bill payments, i can not receive MPIN which is received by SMS on same number. Now airtel customer care does not have any way to refund my money. I want my money back. Customer care people are telling me to visit airtel store. Airtel store people are telling me they can not solve this problem, only airtel money customer care can solve this. i feel cheated. My money struck with airtel for many months now. they dont ask MPIN while you upload money to your account. But when you have to make payments from same account, they ask MPIN.
