[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel money wallet | |||
I had done some transaction using airtel money wallet. After which my wallet balance was rs 39.75 After couple of days when i checked my wallet balance it was nill. Apart from this my whole transaction history was also not visible on the airtel money mobile app. I tweeted and wrote emails to airtel custmer care but all the y say is the case is being investigated and will update me soon. Unfortunately i am still getting calls saying the same even after 2 weeks. I want to lodge complain against them for this wallet balance forgery. Was this information helpful? | |||
