Airtel — airtel monthly extra bill charges - no response | |||||
Inspite of 4 reminders through my email to airtel no response from the airtel on why they charge me additional charges in my monthly bill. I did not expect such poor response from airtel. Dear airtel, This is the third reminder. Awaiting for your response. Could you look into my query. I find the additional of inr 200 in my bill as internet data plan charges. I have not activated any internet data plan in last month in my bill plan. Could you relook into the same and revise my bill, so that i can proceed with the payment.
