Airtel — airtel namkeen pack (activated without consent) | |||
Today morning i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of rs-25/- has been deducted from my account. I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this?? Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel. Such instances have happened in the past as well. They activate certain services and charge us any amount as a subscription fee. Airtel Was this information helpful? | |||

I Recharged ₹399 pack services and still I have 13 days left of my pack validity but I am unable to use my services. When I am calling to any number then charges is deducting from my main account balance even I am unable to use my data services.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
