I have been using airtel network for last 10years. My number, my misses number, my mother number is of airtel, even dish tv too. From last two years the network is very bad in our area, either no service or the signal will come but voices will not be audible to other person. I have complained all most 10 times in last 18 months, have put port requests around 4 to 5 times. 8 months back after putting port request due to no service they have sent technician to my home and he checked and said that it will get resolved as soon as possible, after 15days i called technician, they asked me to call to customer care as only sending report is their responsibility. I have keep on fallow up with customer care, finally resolved the issue after 6months. Any how it doesn’t last longer, signal used to show but unable to hear voices. Somehow again it got rectified, now same problem started again and i have put port request, got a call from them and said that they are going to resolve within 3days as technician will come and check. Till now i haven’t received call, i don’t know whether someone called or not, else when he called the signal is there or not i don’t know even. Every time i used to keep port request by having hope on them that they will resolve the issue as it’s been 10long years from my intermediate i am using airtel service and adjusted with them they the service is poor for last two years. Know i really got fed up and this time i will definitely port my network and even file a case in consumer court as all my family is of advocates. Where this people are providing unsatisfactory service for last two years but collecting the payments as usual. I have some of the call recordings with their customer care too.
