[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel no [protected] deactivated and deleted | |||||
Hi, this is karthik, two complaints already raised with reference to [protected]. Today 13 jul 2017, received call from customer care to my dad, stating that unable to view the details of that number. Yes that was the issue, but why she didn't provide any proper solution for the issue. My number is deactivated with out any information and when we requested in airtel store they said they can do only if my presence is available. Iam in abroad and i cannot be there to get sim active. That's the reason i was hunting for the solution. I have contacted everybody and there s no proper solution for it. Now they telling that my number is not in their directory unable to view records. Is this my problem? You guys made my parents and my feyonce to roam to different airtel store. But no wr they get proper solution. Seriously this is. Completely stupid network. No body respond prop, i can't get my own number which is insane. I need my same number [protected] and ready to do anything. Even ready to change it to postpaid. Don ever say nothing can b be done plz. If any one can help to resolve this issue. Please do provide the solution.
