Airtel — airtel not providing proper assistance, instead misbehavior blocked my sim | |||||
Few days airtel blocked my sim without any reason (My validity is till jan 2019 with 160rs balance). I tried every possible settings, checked with different phone, but nothing worked. Finally i called airtel office and i was directed to visit airtel store. Next morning when i visited the store and explained everything to the representative. However her behavior seemed very disgraceful, she left in between conversation. Instead of providing any reasonable reason for the sim failure. If this is how airtel behave with their customer. I would not like to continue with this carrier and possibly not recommended any of my friends and family for the same. I would like to port from this carrier. Was this information helpful? | |||||
