[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel not refunding my installation charge amount deducted | |||||
Dear Team, I have applied for the broadband connection with reference/application No: KKPD994914 and given the cheque of Rs 1000/-. Later while following up with customer care I got the response that it is not feasible to provide the connection at my current place and amount got deducted from my account on 3rd February 2017. In this case, Deducted amount should refund to my account. I have been following up with customer care since last 1 month via email, call, social media. they are promising to get a refund via cheque at my address with 20 days or 15 days. Last they gave written in the mail that by 8th March 2017 I would receive the cheque. Unfortunately, I didn't get the refund and I am trying to contact to customer care via call, email or social media but no one is responding. while it would take 2 days to refund via NEFT. Airtel games hub activated automatically and detected money of 35 rupees . So please deactivate that airtel games hub as soon has possible and port my number from Airtel to idea.
