On 01 sep 2017 at around 8pm while on call there was loss of signal on my phone. Post that struggled to get signal even on manual setting and later got to know from customer care that my number was put on safe custody as per request.
On being inquired the source of the request as i has not placed any such request either through call, message or mail.
I have been chasing the team for the details of the requester based on which the action was taken as its clearly the case of impersonation and the action needs to be taken against the requester.
Despite repeated follow ups on mail and through call, the issue is yet to be addressed and resolved. Was this information helpful? |
