Airtel — airtel outgoing validity problem | |||
Previously my validity was 2032. Now it shows expire date is 22 nov 2018. And the message that i have to recharge with rs. 35 to enjoy uninterrupted service. Airtel started cheating customers. They haven't communicated about outgoing validity plan change and notified me all of suddenly. How do i trust validity of existing plans as posted in airtel web site? Is it really fair? Yes this type of private companies are only see a 100% profit based business but atleast 1% consider the customer they will grow .Me and my friends are using Airtel but after announce this plan my friends throwed their sim and some friends are ported to other.We only change this privates because we are consumers.After decreasing their customers they will drop this plan.I think u may choose some other telecom providers.Then only they change.
