[Resolved] Airtel — airtel payment bank blaming user not their app | |||
Blaming user instead of their app.. I tried to recharge [protected] from airtel money, first it gave failed transaction. After my first transaction i check my transactions, not deducted any money. I did same transaction again, this time recharge successful. After second transaction, only one transaction is showing, but money deducted twice. After my complaint about double money debit, then transaction is updated for 2nd with ₹199 with some description... And they gave message to mobile they deducted from account second time. Next day morning showing double recharge to my wife mobile. They are not even willing to know more details about it. Directly saying not refundable and lost. My questions to them 1. Why your app transactions not shown immediately, why it is showing it as next day transaction. 2. It is successful transaction, why it gave a failed transaction message, on my end. 3. Why i got a message saying temporary block of ₹199. Next day evening. I am attaching my screenshot s of messages and transaction history and my mail and their reply. I lost money by recharging unlimited plan two times is a problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
