Airtel — airtel payment bank (refund request) | |||
I have recharged my mobile number with rs 399 on 27th october 2017 by airtel payment app. First time the transaction goes failed my amount deducted fromthe bank account, then i thought that the amount would be credited back in some time and i have done recharge of 399rs again, and it was goes succeeded. So for the previous amount i have lodge a complaint on customer care and the airtel store too, but till the date i have not got my money back and any reply from airtel representative yet. I have visited many times to the airtel store and requested them for the same, but everytime they ask me to come after some time or the next day, even i have droped my number there but they reply back. Sir i am getting very tired with the airtel services. There are many more issues one of them are the network problem of airtel in my residing area, i have also complaind for the same, but results are as usual. Was this information helpful? | |||
